what is a better option - a private college affiliated to RTU or a deemed university?

I thinks so you should prefer deemed unversity becuz it is UGC approved and also Granted by Department of Higher education India

Both are having the same valuation of degree. There might be little difference in the fee. But generally RTU will be better option.
