    It depends on your interest. If you are good in applied physics, then go for B.Sc. Physics. If you are good at modern physics as well as mathematics, then go for B.Sc Electronics.

    If you are looking for a professional career right after your graduation then you can go for either CS or Electronics but if you want to pursue higher education and are interested in Physics and want to go for research you can choose Physics hons. Moreover, you can approach for research in any field but Physics won't land you an instant job. But all the fields are equally good and you should choose depending on your interests.
