What is a community college? Which college should I opt: community college or Australian top university?

Hello, Community colleges are secondary schools. They provide higher and further education, vocational courses etc. It is similar to the colleges in India for 11th and 12th grades, different countries have different terms. May I ask your education background first to suggest you anything further?
