what is a difference between graduate,under graduate and post graduate degree and which one is best for me?

Graduate and under graduate both terms are used for same degree or diploma after 12th, postgraduate is comes after graduation. as you asked i think you are a fresher so go for graduation. you may asked diploma or degree than degree is always better than diploma.
