What is a full time MBA course in finance called? It is Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Masters of management studies?

Hi,
PGDM is approved by the All India Center for Technical Education (AICTE). On the other hand MMS is affiliated to a university. Also there are few differences in the course structure.
