A score often makes for a rank below 1,000 from 150–180 (600–720), good for the famed IHMs. IHMs for mid-tier are generally expected for candidates with scores of 110–150 (440–600). A general category has a minimum qualifying range considered as 90–100 marks. There exist but few choices under 90. Aim toward top colleges through 180+. Rank cut-offs do vary during each of the years because of the specific competitions. These rank cut-offs do also vary upon the difficulty.</p>
