    Hi
the highest salary that a Business Analyst can earn in Investment Banking Venture Capital Private Equity companies is 20.5 Lacs per year 1.7L per month
Investment banking is among the highest paying finance jobs in India, where candidates with significant experience can earn a total remuneration of Rs 16.5 Lacs a year. Average salary: INR 8,71,972 p. a. The biggest distinction between a financial analyst and a business analyst is that a financial analyst deals more with investments while a business analyst deals more with operations and management. It comes down to the field in which you feel more confident and knowledgeable.

According to a salary estimate of more than 60,000 working professionals, the average annual salary for the business analyst role is Rs. 6.9 Lacs. On the other hand, the average annual salary for the investment banking role is Rs. 7.8 Lacs. Leading employers for investment banker positions, like J. P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, offer a salary package of more than Rs. 20 Lacs per year. Top companies such as TCS and Genpact offer salaries of around Rs. 7 Lacs per year to business analyst professionals. Based on this data, it can be concluded that investment banking is a higher-paying profession than business analysis.

A front-end position in an investment bank will undoubtedly earn you a larger salary than one as a business analyst. Bonuses play a significant role in industries like consulting and investment banking. If you do well and the market is strong, your bonus may be greater than your base pay, raising your overall paycheck. However, in a business analyst function, you will typically be working for a firm internally, therefore your bonus component will be the standard one, the same as that of other employees in the company. Even while you might have a greater base package than an investment banker, you might make less money overall each year
