Hi lalit, Interior design is all about being creative and thoughtful.The sole purpose of Interior design is to remake a dull lifeless space into a vibrant well decorated interior. An interior concept is the theme or element that is to be taken into consideration while decorating/designing the space.The concept could be restricted to the mood, color, purpose, fabrics, looks etc or be a combination of the same.
