To fill the remaining seats of NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. There are some special rounds after JoSAA counselling conducted by CSAB in which students can get a good college and branch even with poor rank. The special rounds are conducted for the NITs system seats, the purpose is to fill the remaining seats after 6 rounds of jossa. This counselling is CSAB.
