What is aerospace engineering? How much does it cost to pursue B.Tech degree from any reputed institute that provides direct admission?

I got 60.1% in 10+2 from BSEB in 2015 and want to get admission in aerospace or aircraft maintenance engineering in any reputed institute. My family is lower middle-class. So, we can't pay much.
