    Hello Radhika,
    The NEET exam covers admission in all the private and government medical colleges in India.
    The AFMC exam is for the defence field which will be conducted separately.

    AFMC stands for Armed forces medical college, NEET is the common entrance test for AFMC and other central institutions plus government colleges offering medical /nursing courses. Armed forces is always good option but it depends on your choice, as it's a national duty to work out for, Good luck.
