ALMA is the world’s formost International educational and training centre for Italian Cuisine and Hospitality. ALMA educates chefs and pastry chefs, bakery chefs, gelato and pizza artisans, assistants restaurant & bar managers and food and beverage managers coming from all different nationalities. I
