HBCU means Historically Black College and University. Forbes and LinkedIn named Howard Uni as #1 HBCU in the U.S. There are 14 colleges and schools of this university. It is a leader in STEM fields. Also, note that Howard Uni is the only HBCU to ever hold R1 status.
