what is average and highest ctc ? placement percentage? how is placement opportunity for operation stream ?

The avg CTC is around 5.5 LPA and with a highest CTC of 12LPA. PSGIM has a 5 months long placement period starting from Oct. Placement opportunities for operations is bit dull the current year, with only 5 to 6 core operation companies came in for placements, selecting 5 to 8 candidates each. Rest of the operations candidates had also got placed, but in different profiles like sales and marketing.
