    In this course, the students are taught about the recording and dealing with minutes, maintaining a statutory book, proper payment of dividend and interest, drafting of resolution, etc. to name a few topics. It is a 3-year course and includes subjects like Financial and Corporate Accounting, Law, Communication, Economics, Taxation, etc.
