Not really much different - bachelor of Engineering or Technology. if you want to go for higher studies and would like to focus on fundamentals, go for BE. For application focused, go for BTech

B.E Stands for Bachelor in Engineering Where as B.Tech stands For Bachelor in Technology . there is no such difference between them.
