It is 99,000 per sem.
But, you can get a healthy scholarship upto 60000, if you perform good in LPU-NEST as well as have 90% marks. -
The per semester raw fee of LPU is INR 94500. The hostel fee is INR 49500 (only for the four-seater cooler as there are other seaters and AC combinations available) and INR 31500 for the mess and 3250 for laundry (mess, laundry and hostel is not compulsory to opt). Dear Vivek, Fee for B.Tech is 98000 per semester without scholarship. But there are wide range of scholarship which will depend upon your performance in your previous two qualifications and other extra curricular. As per my suggestion you should join LPU as everything depends upon best facilities, infrastructure, placement. Follow the link and go for it. https://admission.lpu.in/.

Around INR. 2 lacs to INR. 2.5 lacs including hostel charges and other services, but it is a NOCE College.
All the best for your bright future. -
The fees is more than 2.5 LPA but I would suggest you to go for B.Tech from a private college. First try for the government/semi-government colleges.
