    Occupational Therapy is a health profession, which addresses function of a differently able person and uses specific intervention procedures and activities to restore lost function, compensate for disability and promote health and wellness.     Bachelor of Occupational Therapy course is a health related field and duration of this course is 4.5 years. This field believes in holistic approach of treatment and deals with improving functional ability of people with various injuries or disabilities by focusing on task oriented and activity based therapy.     Firstly, occupational therapy means treatment of those who are physically, mentally and emotionally disturbed and thus, AIMS to improve their life. Bachelor of occupational therapy trains students to become professional occupational therapists. Science students with PCB group can apply for this course.
