As per the minimum eligibility criteria for lecturer ship in college is 55% marks in your post graduation. As per business maths is concern only commerce student can be a professor of business math because this subject is taught only in commerce and management stream

yaa you can defiantly join the professor post with commerce but the qualification as per the UGC or any particular university.
