What is BCA (Bachelor of computer application)? What's the scope it?

BCA is a 3 year under graduation course which is divided into 6 semesters. Students who have interest in coding pursue this course. Most of the universities allows students from every stream Science/Commerce/Arts to take admission into BCA. Generally, pass marks are required to be eligible for admission. But some universities/colleges conducts their own entrance exam and personal interviews for selecting better candidates. So, you need to prepare for that. You'll study 34 Programming Languages in entire 3 years of your BCA. There'll be 46 subjects in every semester. The subjects which you'll study apart from programming languages are programming principles, computer fundamentals, computer algorithm, mathematics, economics, accounting, computer graphics, network security etc. The scope of any course depends on the candidate. If you're willing to study hard and put in your extra efforts. You'll definitely achieve the results. But you just can't depend alone on the syllabus of BCA to fetch you a job. You'll have to learn few other technologies on your own too.
