What is BE and B.design?

Bachelor of Engineering or BE is a four-year undergraduate programme offered by engineering colleges and technical institutes/universities in India. In BE, students are given the choice of choosing their area of specialization in the field of engineering, such as Aeronautical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, etc. During the course, students are provided in-depth knowledge in their area of specialization, through theoretical knowledge and practical exposure.
