Hi,
After completing B.sc you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, Msc etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your Bsc and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:

There are many specializations in B.Sc such as Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, etc. Please be a bit more specific and mention the specialization you have studied in B.Sc as it will help me to provide you better assistance.
As for now, you may consider M.Sc , B.Ed, MCA , MBA , etc after B
