what is best-engineering or medical for a normal grading person ?

i m in 11th and i am confused with this question somebody help me pls

Hi Akshays, if you wish to start earning early, you may go for engineering because good job will be under your custody within four years after plus two, whereas, a doctor requires full five years M.B.B.S course to get into the stream and at least four years specialization to get a good reputed occup
