What is best Mtech or MS??

I completed my BE(Mechanical) securing 65% in Final year but Overall Aggregate is less than 60%.I am utterly confused between Mtech/MS/MBA.

if you do in india then it is Mtech , and in abroad it is MS , MS is for one year and Mtech is for two year, both value are same
