Dear Sunil, The career option are never been told they are always guided, you have to decide your area of interest, as there may option after 12 th in Science because your all the three fields are open Arts, Science and commerce

B tech is better option than others if you not want to go for engineering then BSC with non medial is better option -
Depends on your interest show in engineering ,diploma Bsc. etc
