Hi I just finished my master in engineering in civil at Australia. Now I want to do Ph.D. in geopolymer concrete subject. So I am looking for the India's top 10 university for Ph.D. So how can I apply and what is minimum requirements.

The top most universities in India that you can opt for doing Ph.D are the right below:
IITs are the first priority one can have as they are the highly ranked institutes in India, then comes like BHU-Varanasi, JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) and NITs.
