See, if you want to do job for the lifetime, then I'll prefer you to opt for the chemical engineering but if you want to start your business after doing job for sometime, then you should opt for the plastic engineering.

Chemical engineering has better job opportunities than plastic engineering. Being a plastic engineer will limit your field. But as a chemical engineer, there are many options available for you.
