What is better among joining TCS and pursuing MCA from a good college?

I have done Bachelors in CS & got selected in TCS for the post of a graduate trainee.

    I would recommend you to go for MCA and get into job after completing education for a much better career and it progression at later stage. Right now, you may start to feel good after taking up job with TCS but will repent later.
