What is better amongst MBA or PGDBA so to pursue a career of lecturer? I am BBA, DCT & DITM qualified.

My Qualification is BBA,DCT, &DITM .i would like to pursue my career as a lecturer in college so ,kindly advise me whtr to do MBA or PGDBA

Hi, As per given details of your acquired education degrees, it is advisable for you to persue MBA, it will definately help your purpose to establish you in desired position in due course of time.

I agree. But I would like to add that some diploma course are approved as equivalent to masters degree by AIU. Such course are at par with Masters degree for all purposes. hence you need to check AIU recognition for a diploma course. However, most PGDBA course are just AICTE approved and hence not

You have to choose MBA and after that you have to attend NET exam conducted by UGC to become a lecturer. you cant be a lecturer only after PGDBA because, its just a diploma course and for being a lecturer you must have master degree as MBA and NET qualification.
