Both BCA and B.Sc in CS are equally good degrees. BCA is designed as a job oriented degree with emphasis on software application development. B.Sc CS degree is has more emphasis on theoretical study of computer science. Both degrees can help you to get entry level junior developer or tester degrees in small or medium IT companies. Graduates of both degrees are required to do Post Graduation degree for better career opportunities.

B.Sc. Computer Science Vs BCA Difference B.Sc. CS is more concept-oriented while BCA is application-oriented. However BCA and B.Sc. CS both is useful for students. The BCA course will teach you about current techniques and applications, giving you a basic idea of the programming languages currently used. But the BCA course will not give you a deep ideological understanding. B.Sc. Computer Science is more concept-oriented. The course will not give much importance to current technologies and applications. Candidates studying arts, commerce or Science can join BCA as it is application-oriented. Scope for higher studies after BCA.
For better job prospects and to be labelled as an engineer, they can also go for MCA or M.Sc (IT) degree. This combination of BCA and MBA fetch them better jobs in managerial positions in IT as well as banking, retail, airlines, or logistics. So, I think BCA may help you.

It really doesn't matter as the syllabus for both would be more or less same. Only caution to be taken is that it should be a regular course from a UGC recognised university.

BCS CS is concept oriented. It will teach you the Core Concept of computer Science, which will help you to learn anything new very quickly, other hand BCA is application oriented, teach current technologies, Core Computing, Programming, frameworks etc. To pursue BCA you can join from Science, Commerce and Arts background. But to pursue B.Tech or B.Sc. CS you'll need a solid background of mathematics. If you are still confused. Then there are few questions which you need to ask yourself which may help you to decide your course
    you need to know:
*What is course all about? *What skills are required? Do I have those skills? Or am I capable o

For computer science I think B.Sc in CS is better than BCA because B.Sc in CS has better scope.
