AI ML are Subparts of CSE. Instead of doing M.Tech With specialisation in AI or ML after B.Tech in CSE give a shot early I. e do Bachelors in AI and ML.

According to me just CSE is better, coz most of the college charge a hefty amount for specialisation and they will have a subject extra for that. I would recommend that if u r really interested in Al, Ml you should take additional courses from NPTel or other platform which would be more useful than taking a specialisation in college.

If you are not sure about specialisation the taking CSE as the course is good. But if you are having special interest in AI or ML and you want to do something in AI and ML only then taking the CSE with specialisation is better.

CSE is covered with all languages like C, C+, Java, Phyton as elective. But in CSE AI ML they will give less preference to basic subject of other languages and a more knowledge on Phyton which is related to AI, ML. AI is top course now, it's valuable now a days. If you want to learn knowledge on other languages also you can take CSE else you can take AI.
