    I always follow one rule if the job is paying well and you are having fun doing it continue with the job and enroll in any part-time institute to do any course so you keep upgrading. If the job is not making you happy then work on changing the job but never leave it. But keep doing part time courses and keep upgrading.

    If you are in good job then don't leave it and go for part time MCA. But, if the job is not good then you can go for regular MCA. And most important thing is go as per your interest, requirement and capability.
