From christ university or Chandigarh university I'll prefer you to opt for the Chandigarh university as this university has much exposure to outside world then compared to christ plus the course curriculum of Chandigarh is well descriptive.

The infrastructure and faculty are world-class. Students have bagged handsome packages and been placed into media giants like NDTV, Indian Express, Balaji, Radio Mirchi, Zee News, ETV, and many more. The students of the department have registered 4 consecutive wins in 4 media festivals in competing institutes. The exposure is truly international.

Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.
