CDAC and NIELIT are good institutes to pursue Embedded Systems Training. They conduct certificate level and post graduate level courses in Embedded Systems through their centres through out India

If you have good basic knowledge of it, then definitely Good company. You can directly go to good company also, but company also want a good knowledge of relevant technology, count as plus point.
