MBA is best for those who are aspiring to employ in top fortune companies of India with handsome pay scale and aspiring to become an entrepreneur. For management MBA is better.
M.Sc is best for those who were determined to make a career in research oriented sector, private companie

An MBA is a better (much better) option than an M.Sc. Because:
(1) It has more marketability better jobs
(2) Larger alumni network better resources
(3) More flexibility. For e.g. several top schools such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale etc. Allow applicants to apply during their final year. A school s

This would depend a lot on your career aspirations. If you intend to pursue a career in academics/research then M.Sc. Is the answer. However, if you intend to move into general management areas the MBA should be explored.
