You need to see both of them are different, MCA will lead your career in computer application, MBA in management, and both have different requirement for minimum percentage. For MBA, you have to go through Test and Interview. Unless you don't pursue it from top universities it will be of very less use. You can try in Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Chandigarh University, and Symbiosis University. Please do check if you are ready for technical career or not.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then MCA would be a better option However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.

MBA is management course and MCA is software course so both are different fields so it's totally depend on your interest area. Because both are having good scope. Since you are from commerce background MBA would be a better choice or if you are tech lover go for MCA.
