What is better: pursuing MBA or doing job?

A prior work-ex always helps before going for an MBA. I suggest you start working and take experience of 1-2 yrs and prepare for management entrance tests simultaneously.

It would depend on the age factor + your work experience + the actual requirement in the career / job that you have chosen. Incase you fresh then go ahead and do MBA before getting into a job. If you are working somewhere then evaluate how much experience would be good for you in that job before goi
