What is better : studing in an IIT in India or Sudying abroad in USA or UK's universities for my master's (in mechanical engg) degree?

I was a science student and scored 87% in X, 85% XII.I am pursuing Mechanical engg. in Punjab Tech Uni.My degree is going on with 70+%age.I have my financial limit of about 4-5 lakhs. What is better for me: studying in an IIT in India or in UK or CANADA's universities for my post graduation courses.

I think so that y ou should first go through ranking and iits are not even in first 100 in world so it is better to take admission outside for master's if you are having chances in first 100 and if not iits should be your next attention.best of luck.
