What is better- taking civil branch in iit-b or taking higher rated branches in other reputated colleges of state?

Studying a low branch in a reputed college is far more good than studying a higher branch in a low level college, it hardly matters the branch u get as far as u r studying in a good college like IIT, as u can make most of it in future.

Ofcourse IIT bombay.No reputed colleges of state can give you same amount of exposure.
