Hi Soumyajit, I would advise you to build up your domain knowledge first at this stage. Choose an MCA Degree from a good college/University that will give you leverage to get into a good position in a company. Then you can do an executive MBA later to further your career. Also companies like wipr

the job opportunity is based upon your soft skills otherwise there are similiar job opportunities in both of the field.

I advice MCA soon after BCA becaise MBA can be done later also at any time during the career. Get more & more of technical education as mush as you can at a stretch.

always stick on to the same UG subject for Masters, thats safe. but still u r interested in mgt. try hands on MBA or else.. choice is urs.
