What is better to pursue in for a career in animation, a degree or a diploma?

Career is Animation requires deep passion about the profession. Skills & knowledge & working with patience are the key skills required. If someone do Diploma, now-a-days there are many private institutes whom are offering Diploma in Animation but degrees are mostly offered by Universities. If suppose you will do Diploma then you will face a quite competition despite your skills. But with degree you will get the better placement & lesser competition. So we prefer to do degree rather than Diploma. Investment of time & money in education will always give you immense returns.
