Radiology courses teach you how to use machines like X-rays, ultrasound, etc. to check inside of body parts and know if a person has disease.

A BSc Radiology course teaches you foundational knowledge on how to operate imaging technologies like X-Ray and CT scans on patients. They also help doctors to diagnose the disease or injury by interpreting the images.
