What is CA foundation? is it equivalent to graduation? or a graduate degree?

Can someone complete his CA after class XIIth after doing 3 year CA foundation, without doing a graduate course (BCom/ BA)?

No, CA foundation is just a first stage known as IPCC and first level of course for HSC passed students. The CA will be considered as a PG course only if you have also passed a degree alongwith it for higher studies and a professional and compulsory qualification for practicing as a CA. A fully qual
