CA is basically the Chartered Accountant and he deals with Finance and Accounts of the companies. He keeps all the records and updated the companies finances and also take care of all the business transactions. CA has a very important position in the company as all financial decisions are vested upon him and top management consults him before making any decision. He also files for from the company side. The decision of shares allotment and issue of bonds are also taken with the help of CA.
