What is CBSE moderation policy? I am expecting 80 in maths. Will I get 90 marks with grace marks?

Moderation policy says that students can get upto 15% extra marks in some questions if they are difficult and student has tried to attempt it. It is for those who don't have hope of passing. I think you need not to worry as 80 is a good marks. And CBSE has abolished the moderation policy from year 2

According to the moderation policy, students are awarded up to 15 percent extra marks in certain papers if the questions are deemed to be difficult. No, CBSE has scraped the moderation policy for the academic year of 2018.

Hi Krishna, CBSE earlier had a re-evaluation policy through which students get their marksheets re-evaluated and probably have an increase in their scores. However from this year onwards CBSE has scrapped and there is no scope of grace marks etc.
