    The Common Entrance Test (CET) is a competitive exam conducted for the purpose of admission of students to the first year or first semester of full time courses in Medical, Dental and Engineering Courses in professional colleges within the state in question in India.
    Common Admission Test is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management as a per-requisite for admission to various management programmes of IIMs and other non-IIM institutions. It is a computer based test used to test the following :-
    • Verbal ability and reasoning
    • Reading Comprehension
    • Quantitative skills
    • Data Interpretation
