What is chemical engineering?

Chemical engineering is the branch of engineering that applies physical sciences (physics and chemistry), life sciences (microbiology and biochemistry), together with applied mathematics and economics to produce, transform, transport, and properly use chemicals, materials and energy. A chemical engineer designs large-scale processes that convert chemicals, raw materials, living cells, microorganisms and energy into useful forms and products. Chemical engineers are involved in many aspects of plant design and operation, including safety and hazard assessments, process design and analysis, control engineering, chemical reaction engineering, construction specification and operating instructions. Chemical engineering is the branch of engineering which deals with the chemical formulation of various elements in the universe it is the science of dealing with the chemical substance around us so that we are able to contol them.

Chemical engineering is a branch of chemical. You will be studying in food industry, petroleum plant, cement plant, etc. in chemical engineering. Environment study is a part of chemical engineering. Chemical engineering is the best part of engineering. You will learn many types of chemicals in chemical engineering. Pharmacy is also a part of chemical engineering.

Hello, Chemical engineers apply the principles of chemistry, biology, physics, and math to solve problems that involve the production or use of chemicals, fuel, drugs, food, and many other products. They design processes and equipment for large-scale manufacturing, plan and test production methods and byproducts treatment, and direct facility operations.
