    Clarkson University has been ranked #198 in USA and #687 at global level by Shiksha Popularity Ranking. Times Higher Education has ranked the university #1001 in 2025 and #801 in 2024. US News has also ranked the university #1717. Apart from this, QS World University Ranking has ranked the university #951 in 2026, whereas 2025 and 2024 rankings were #851 and #751, indicating a declining trend.

    Prominent ranking providers have kept Clarkson within the top 1000 universities in the world. QS (Top universities) ranked Clarkson between 751-800 for 2024 in its World University ranking. This is a significant improvement from its last year’s ranking of 801-1000 by QS in its World University ranking.
