What is COE TIEE selection process?

<p>The COE TIEE 2025 selection process is structured into multiple rounds and will take place across four months: April, May, June, and July. It consists of two main stages:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Group Discussion (GD)</strong>: Candidates who clear the COE TIEE exam will participate in the group discussion round. During this stage, candidates will be assessed on their communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and ability to articulate their thoughts on a given topic. The goal is to evaluate both subject knowledge and soft skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Personal Interaction (PI)</strong>: After the GD, candidates will proceed to the personal interaction or interview round. This stage focuses on assessing the candidate's personality, motivation for joining the program, and overall fit for the university. The interview panel may also consider factors like the candidate&rsquo;s academic background, extracurricular achievements, and responses in the interview.</p></li></ol>
