Company Law helps companies with various regulations in the business. The objective is to increase the profitability. It helps in right taxation procedures, availing the tax benefits and maintaining the reputation of a company. In short corporate law is not Private Law but is a component of Public Law. Career scope includes corporate governance, ensuring transparency, accountability and fairness for stakeholders.
